Our operating system

We don’t run this factory on memory.

Tailorbird is the system Coremark actually runs on. Every order, every article, every production line and every delivery run is recorded in it as the work happens, which is the only reason we can give you a date and hold it. It is not a product we sell. It is why the answers you get from us are the same answers we get from ourselves.

This is the board our floor works from.

Live production, five stages, every line on every open order. Client names are frosted here: we don’t publish who we manufacture for. Everything else is exactly what an operator sees.

1 / 4

Five stages, no guesswork

Every line on every open order sits in exactly one column. Nothing is “in progress” in the abstract: it is placed, cut, received, checked, or gone. The counts at the top include the one nobody wants to publish: lines already past the date we gave a client.

Illustrative records. The interface, the stages and the way problems surface are the real thing.

Why we built it

Most suppliers in this industry can only tell you what someone remembers, or what someone checks for you once you’ve asked twice. That is a problem for a buying house holding dozens of supplier relationships, and it is a problem for a factory trying to plan a cutting schedule around a trim delivery. We fixed it for ourselves first: the record updates as the work happens, so a date is a commitment somebody can be held to rather than an estimate someone repeats.

Who the portal is being built for

  • Buying house and liaison office sourcing teams tracking goods across several suppliers at once
  • Factory procurement and merchandising teams planning a cutting schedule around a trim delivery
  • Compliance teams who need a delivery record they can produce, not a claim they have to take on trust

In development

What we’re building for you next.

A client view onto the same record. You would see where your goods are and when they land, not a status email somebody typed for you. It is in development and not open yet; this is a working preview you can click through.

TailorbirdYour orders

Open an order to see where it is. Every order you place would appear here, with the same detail.

Where this is going

The same record Tailorbird already keeps, covering order, production stage, QC result and delivery, is the foundation a digital product passport needs. The EU is expected to require one for garments and accessories sold into Europe from around 2027–2028. We are not building two systems: the traceability your buyer will eventually ask you for is the one we are already keeping.
